Video: Statement in Response to CPS & City Hall

Below is my two-part response to CPS’ effort to silence me.

Part 1: The Statement

  • “No principal should ever be put in a position to do what’s good for their own personal evaluation, at the expense of doing what’s good for students. But it happens all the time in CPS.”
  • “When I looked at the charges I got the feeling the Mayor’s Office was projecting; That’s when you attribute your own shortcomings to someone else.”

Part 2: Response to Questions from Reporters

“We don’t make good decisions when we repress the voices of people who disagree with us.”
