Did you all see Solomon’s hugomongous vacation house in Michigan? (Picture & post can be found on Fred Klonsky’s Blog.) Proceeds from any sales, plus all the money, investments, etc. of those 3 might come close to the over $20 million stolen from our children & their schools. First, the money should be used to re-hire recently laid off special ed. personnel. Whatever is left should be given to the honest & best principals, such as Mr. LaRaviere (& I think he–& some parents {such as the Dyett 12} & community groups {such as KOCO & Raise Your Hand} should pick those school principals who can make honest & intelligent decisions {&, hopefully, this would involve schools most in need}).
While I’m writing, I might mention that we all need to call & e-mail our U.S. Congressmen to strike Pay for Success from the newly revised ESEA. If you don’t know what that’s all about (it means death to the identification & education of students having special needs, & more $$$ for Goldman Sachs & people such as the Pritzkers). Again, if you don’t know anything about this, read Fred Klonsky’s Blog–recent posts.

And, thank you, Mr. LaRaviere, for being the principal ALL schools need.

That changed in 2011, when I became a Chicago Public School principal. After four years, I cannot imagine a more corrupt and ethically bankrupt system outside the Third World. There has been a common pattern to the corruption during the Emanuel regime. I call it, “Cut, Contradict, and Collect.” – Chicago principal Troy LaRavier […]

How can anyone think Bryd-Bennett acted in a vacuum. The CPS killers have to be stopped before all children of color are educationally bankrupt.
